This notice concerns MA Software LLC’s original copyrightable contributions to DroneWorld, including software code, illustrations, artwork, and website content. Except as permitted by applicable law or an express licence, copying, redistribution, or resale of protected material is not permitted.

Making material available in a browser, demo, screenshot, or purchased download does not dedicate it to the public domain or release it under an open-source licence.

Game use and self-hosting

The standalone edition is offered for local play and self-hosting as described on its product page. Authorized self-hosting includes serving the client code and assets needed for guests to play in their browsers. This notice does not withdraw those advertised uses.

Purchasing the game does not transfer ownership of its copyright or, by itself, grant permission to redistribute the downloadable product, resell its assets, or repackage its protected code as another product. Any additional rights expressly granted by applicable product terms remain in effect.

Scope of copyright

The reservation of rights in protected material does not claim copyright over mathematical facts, ideas, physical laws, systems, or methods as such. It does not restrict fair use or other uses permitted by applicable law.

Third-party material

Third-party libraries, fonts, data and other components remain subject to their own copyright notices and licences. Those licences govern the relevant components and are not overridden by this notice. See the third-party notices, browser dependency notices, and attribution included with the downloads.

Scope of this notice

This is a copyright and permitted-use notice, not a representation that an underlying idea is patented, patent pending, registered, novel, or exclusively owned merely because it is described here. It does not itself establish a patent right or transfer intellectual property between an individual and a company.

Purchase, refund, support and update terms are stated on the relevant storefront. This notice does not replace an express licence, amend existing purchase rights, or limit statutory consumer rights.
